A network is a kind of system consisting of connected devices (often referred to as nodes) that can share data, hardware and software. You may be curious to know that which devices can be called as node. Well, any device such as computer or printer that is able to send and/or receive data generated by other nodes on the network.
A network must be capable to meet a certain number of criteria. Performance, reliability and security are the most important of these criteria.
